The MSIX team was at Microsoft Ignite 2018. We had several great sessions and covering MSIX material.
Below are the sessions and times for MSIX at Microsoft Ignite:
BRK2467 - MSIX inside and out Presenters: John Vintzel and Nona Sirakova
BRK3220 - MSIX – Accelerating Windows 10 and app deployment Presenters: Andrew Clinick and Dian Hartono
BRK2318 - Updating your existing Configuration Manager apps to MSIX Presenters: Sharla Akers and Avi Prasad
THR3097 - Getting started with the MSIX Packaging Tool Presenters: Sharla Akers and Peyman Zanjani
If you were not in person at Microsoft Ignite, we would like to get your feedback on teh MSIX Packaging Tool from you, converting your own apps to MSIX. Downlaod the tool and use your own copies of your existing Win32 installers (.msi,.exe, scripts, App-V, etc. ) and update your installers to MSIX If you have any questions or feedback let us know via the Tech Community or Feedback Hub.
Don't forget, if you have feature requests, add them to the ideas section of the community: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/MSIX/idb-p/MSIXIdeas
