At this Theater Session, Adoption is the best word to describe what is a way to be more effective in a daily basis.
Microsoft Teams was created to help organizations that in present work has a Team inside a Team, that's why you can have a way to virtually be with your team to do conversations, share content, edit, call and be more productive in a central place.
But for implement it you need an adoption plan.
