At X018 – our global celebration of all things Xbox – Commander Jaxon invited all prospective Agents to ‘Step Up Your Boom’ in preparation for Crackdown 3s worldwide launch with Xbox Game Pass, Xbox One and Windows 10 on February 15, 2019!

X018 also saw the debut of Crackdown 3’s all-new multiplayer mode, Wrecking Zone, where environmental destruction is your secret weapon. In Wrecking Zone, two teams of five, hyper-agile Agents tear down the opposition with their superpowered skills and an arsenal of boom-tastic weapons and equipment in fully destructible battle arenas.

Microsoft Studios Senior Creative Director Joseph Staten provided an on-air walkthrough of the explosive 10-person player-vs-player mode Agent Hunter on Blackout Zone. Attendees at Xbox FanFest: Mexico City will be available to experience Wrecking Zone with hands-on throughout the weekend.

An open-world playground – in Crackdown 3 you take-back the streets and skyscrapers of the near-future metropolis, New Providence, delivering a harsh dose of justice to the ruthless criminal corporation, TerraNova.

As an Xbox Play Anywhere title, enhanced for Xbox One X, with cross-play support across Xbox One and Windows 10, you can bring the boom solo or with two-player online co-op over Xbox Live. Crackdown 3 is available at launch with Xbox Game Pass and globally on Xbox One and Windows 10.

To celebrate our X018 announcements, and as a special thanks to our fans, we will be offering the original Crackdown to all fans free of charge from now until November 30th. Experience the original now with Xbox One X enhancements. Head to the Microsoft Store now to get your copy!
