Microsoft Forms is now integrated with PowerPoint for Office 365 to provide educators an easy solution of inserting a quiz or an assessment into a PowerPoint presentation.

To get started, simply click the Forms icon in PowerPoint to create a new form/quiz or insert one you've already created.

With the integration of Forms in PowerPoint, a teacher, for example, can add a quiz to his or her deck and share it out with students. Students can then fill out the quiz and submit their answers without leaving PowerPoint.
