Notice: A hotfix is available to update Windows DST support for Egypt, Chile and Morocco

This hotfix contains three new changes in Windows Daylight Saving Time support :



  • The government of Egypt decided to cancel Daylight Saving Time.

    • This hotfix updates Windows (UTC +2:00) Cairo timezone so it no longer has DST support.



  • The government of Chile extended 2011 Daylight Saving Time so it ends May 7th.

    • This hotfix updates Windows DST support for (UTC -4:00) Santiago.



  • The government of Morocco changed 2011 Daylight Saving Time to end July 30th at midnight.

    • This hotfix updates Windows DST support for (UTC) Casablanca.
