- Democratic People's Republic of Korea has implemented its own time zone with UTC +8:30.
- DST in Fiji will start on Sunday, November 1, 2015 for an eleven-week period. Clocks will move forward by an hour at 02:00 to 03:00 on November 1, 2015 and move back one hour from 03:00 to 02:00 on Sunday, January 17, 2016.
