The DFS Replication (DFSR) service stores files that encountered replication conflicts and pre-existing files that were removed during initial synchronization in the 'ConflictAndDeleted' and 'PreExisting' folders respectively. Head on over to the MSDN code gallery and grab the latest version of the script.
