From December 6, 2018 to April 4, 2019, the Microsoft Community Mentors Program (CMP) has seen over 30% growth! We’ve added over 500 mentors and mentees to the program, for a total of 1,559 members worldwide and 215 pairings since the program’s inception!

Much of this increase can be attributed to our 17-city Microsoft Ignite | The Tour, which allowed IT Pros around the globe to meet with our Diversity and Tech team to learn about this exciting program.
