Hello All,

Found this in Teams and thought you would be interested in knowing.  A few days ago a Message went out thru message center saying that users will now receive product training tips emails for the products they are licensed starting in November 2018.

Important to understand that nobody will receive sales, marketing or advertising messages, just these product tips.

Now before you start yelling at me yes you can disable it or your users can disable it, the details are here , but the basic steps are:

For the Tenant

  1. Go to your Office 365 admin center.

  2. Navigate to Settings -> Services & add-ins.

  3. Select End User Communication.

  4. Then choose your selection, the toggle is set to ‘On’ by default.  Move the toggle to Off if you don't want your users to receive training content in email.

For the User

Users can click the Unsubscribe link in any of the emails they receive, or through the Security and Privacy page of their My Account portal.
