The SQL Server 2016 SP1 CU15 + GDR is now available for download at the Microsoft Download Center and Microsoft Update Catalog sites. This package cumulatively includes all servicing fixes from SQL Server 2016 SP1 through SQL Server 2016 SP1 CU15 plus it includes a new security fix for SQL Server Engine.
Starting with SQL Server 2017, we are adopting a new modern servicing model. Please refer to our blog for more details on Modern Servicing Model for SQL Server.
