We've
confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 10/18,
02:22 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 10/18, 01:37 UTC and that
during the 45 minutes that it took to resolve the issue some of the customers in
USGov might have experienced alerting failures.
- Root Cause: The failure was due to an issue in one of our backend services.
