Support Tip: Intune & Ignite 2019

This post has been republished via RSS; it originally appeared at: Intune Customer Success articles.

Heading to Ignite? Intune Support as a Feature experts (including many of the folks behind the @IntuneSuppTeam and this blog) will be at Ignite and would be happy to answer any Intune support case or troubleshooting questions you have. We will even have a limited amount of swag to share with the Microsoft Tech Community followers — we appreciate your feedback and engagement. This community is awesome!

For context, Intune Support as a Feature is part of the Intune product group. Our priority is to build supportability and troubleshooting into the device management experience. The team will be helping our peers in engineering staff the Intune booth on the show floor. As James Grantham shared in this post, we will have several troubleshooting developers and service engineers there, as well as PM's and other Support as a Feature engineers. If we don’t have an expert at the booth that can help you right away, we’ll be there all week and will be happy to follow-up in between sessions. Not every ticket or question can be resolved in person, but it’s always good to make the connection.

Bring to Intune Support as a Feature team at Ignite:

  • Feedback or how do I type questions on Intune troubleshooting
  • Device management questions you haven’t yet opened a case on but are curious to resolve
  • Questions you have on active or recent Intune cases
  • Any Intune service communications feedback you have

We’ll be on the show floor all week. If I’m reading the show floor map correctly, the Intune area will be right near the grab and go lunch area.

See you at Ignite!
