Today's businesses need communication and collaboration tools that are easy to use and designed to work together. That’s why we built Microsoft 365 Business Voice, a cloud-based phone system for businesses with up to 300 users that provides you with the ability to make and receive calls from any phone number. It integrates with Office 365, and together they deliver an all-in-one communication and collaboration solution. Starting today, Business Voice is available as an add-on to Microsoft 365 and Office 365 plans1 in Canada and the UK, and will be available globally in 2020.

Business Voice works wherever you do - on computers, smartphones, and desk phones. It brings together calling, meetings, and messaging into a single application, Microsoft Teams. It’s a complete, secure phone system with enterprise-grade features and reliability.

Getting started with Business Voice is easy, with a “getting started” wizard to walk you through setting up new phone numbers within minutes.  If you already have Office 365, you can set up and manage Business Voice from the same administrative console as the rest of your Office 365 services. With all your communication and collaboration tools in one place, it is easier than ever to get work done.
