We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 01/04, 18:00 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 01/04, 09:30 UTC and that during the 8 hours and 30 minutes that it took to resolve the issue some customers experienced issue with delay in receiving log search alerts in South UK Region.
