Experiencing Alerting failure for Log Search Alerts in SUK – 01/04 – Resolved

We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 01/04, 18:00 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 01/04, 09:30 UTC and that during the 8 hours and 30 minutes that it took to resolve the issue some customers experienced issue with delay in receiving log search alerts in South UK Region.
  • Root Cause: The failure was due to issue with one of our backend services. 
  • Incident Timeline: 8 Hours & 30 minutes - 01/04, 09:30 UTC through 01/04, 18:00 UTC
We understand that customers rely on Log Search Alerts as a critical service and apologize for any impact this incident caused.

We are aware of issues within Log Search Alerts and are actively investigating. Some customers in SUK region may experience alerting failures or delayed alerts.
