Experiencing Data Access Issue in Azure portal for Log Analytics – 02/06 – Resolved

We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 02/05, 21:49 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 02/05 , 20:22 UTC and that during the 1 hour 27 minutes hours that it took to resolve the issue some of customers experienced caused data latency for its duration in West Europe.
  • Root Cause: The failure was due to one of dependent service.

We understand that customers rely on Azure Log Analytics as a critical service and apologize for any impact this incident caused.
