Experiencing Data Access Issue in Azure portal for Log Analytics – 03/06 – Resolved

We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 03/06, 03:00 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 05/06, 02:15 UTC and that during the 45 minutes that it took to resolve the issue some customers might have experienced data access issues in West Europe region.
  • Root Cause: The failure was due to issues in one of our backend services.
  • Incident Timeline: 45 minutes - 03/06, 02:15 UTC through 03/06, 03:00 UTC
We understand that customers rely on Azure Log Analytics as a critical service and apologize for any impact this incident caused.
