Experiencing issues in Azure Monitoring Services – 03/06 – Investigating

We are aware of issues within Azure Monitoring Services. Customers may experience issues creating and accessing Application Insights components and Log Analytics Workspaces, issues creating metric alerts, delayed or missed or misfired log search alerts in all regions in the China cloud. Initial investigation points to an Azure outage due to cert authentication issues impacting multiple services.
