Physical Server Assessment
The Azure Migrate product group is excited to announce support for assessing physical servers with the Azure Migrate: Server Assessment tool. The feature is in preview now, currently able to be used for production workloads, and will be generally available soon.
Physical server assessment features include:
- Cost estimation
- Performance-based right sizing
- Dependency analysis
After, assessment data is automatically applied to the Azure Migrate: Server Migration tool to seamlessly migrate the servers to Azure.
