Experiencing Latency and Data Loss issue in East US – 03/17 – Investigating

We continue to investigate issues within Application Insights. Root cause is not fully understood at this time. The issue has been confirmed to be related to a backend dependency.

We are aware of issues within Application Insights and are actively investigating. Customers ingestion telemetry in East US geographical region during 17:00 UTC and 18:10 UTC may have experienced intermittent data latency, data gaps and incorrect alert activation.
