Hotfix: JDBC Driver 8.2.2 for SQL Server Released

This post has been republished via RSS; it originally appeared at: SQL Server articles.

An issue was reported in the recent 8.2.1 hotfix release which required an update. So we've released 8.2.2 to correct the issue. We also took the opportunity to make the trusted endpoints configurable for Azure Key Vault when using Always Encrypted.

Added

  • Option to configure trusted Azure Key Vault endpoints #1285

Fixed issues

  • Fixed a potential NullPointerException issue when retrieving data as java.time.LocalTime or java.time.LocalDate type with SQLServerResultSet.getObject() #1250
