As millions of educators around the world continue to use Microsoft products and services to enable remote learning for staff and students, our EDU teams are working hard to respond to the many comments and questions we receive each day. For many organizations, it is the first time an entirely remote solution has been required to ensure effective instruction can continue as seamlessly as possible. This post will direct you to the support resources that are best suited to answer questions based on your roles and responsibilities within your EDU organization.

Support and Resources for K12 Teachers

For quick answers to common questions and troubleshooting, you can consult the support resources available in the Microsoft Support Center. For more in-depth self-paced training, we recommend using the Microsoft Educator Center

In addition to the resources above, teachers, administrators, and IT professionals who need support with specific request can also submit a help ticket at https://aka.ms/EDUsupport. When a ticket is received, it is routed internally to individuals within Microsoft who are trained to assist educators at all levels. Following this ticketing process helps to ensure our team hears your feedback quickly and bolsters our ability to provide accurate answers and produce meaningful solutions to your needs.

We genuinely value your input and we are continuously seeking to improve our EDU offerings. Please let us know how we can support you as you forge ahead in your remote learning efforts.
