We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 12/12, 16:15 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 12/11, ~12:30 UTC and that during the 27 hours 45 min that it took to resolve the issue a subset of customers experienced failures while querying API's in Azure Activity Logs.

- Root Cause: The failure was due to one of the backend services reaching operational threshold and becoming unhealthy.

We continue to investigate issues within Activity Logs. Some customers may experience failures while querying API's in Azure Activity Logs. Our initial findings indicate that the problem began at 12/11 ~12:30 UTC. We currently have no estimate for resolution.
