Based on your great feedback, we have added the capability to download the original video file from any videos you have uploaded!
If you are the owner of a video, you will see the new “Download Original Video” option in the action menu for your video:
Furthermore, you can download the video from the Edit Video page.
Added bonus: this can help you find the original video to send over to our Support team in order to get help diagnosing any issues you may be experiencing with a given video!
