Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server 2008 R2 driver submissions for the Windows Hardware Compatibility Program (WHCP), will continue to be available through January 2023. These submissions will continue to be made available past the end of Extended Support on January 14, 2020, to ensure the best reliability of drivers for our Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server 2008 R2 Volume Licensing customers, who have elected to participate in the Extended Security Updates (ESU).
Partners who need to provide updated Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server 2008 R2 drivers, may continue testing with the Windows Hardware Certification Kit (HCK) or Windows Logo Kit for Windows Server 2008 and submitting driver package submissions via the Partner Center for Windows Hardware.
