We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 1/18, 22:07 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on M/D, 21:22 UTC and that during the 45 minutes that it took to resolve the issue customers experienced delayed ingestion of data in USGov Virginia region.

- Root Cause: The failure was due to unexpectedly long back end maintenance process.
