Experiencing Data Gaps issue in Azure Portal for Many Data Types – 10/27 – Resolved

We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 10/27, 14:24 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 10/27, 13:40 UTC and that during the 44 minutes that it took to resolve the issue. A subset of customers may have experienced data loss issue Central India region.
  • Root Cause: The failure was due to Overload of traffic to AI Gateway temporarily.
  • Incident Timeline: 44 minutes - 10/27, 13:40 UTC through 10/27, 14:24 UTC
We understand that customers rely on Application Insights as a critical service and apologize for any impact this incident caused.
