We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 5/18, 01:30 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 5/17, 19:16 UTC and that during the 6 hours and 14 minutes that it took to resolve the issue customers experienced data latency and data gaps for Application Insights and Azure Log Analytics. This could have resulted in delayed or misfired alerts.
