“Communities in the enterprise” 🎙 – The Intrazone podcast

The goal of a community is to design places where like-minded people can share and inform each other, beyond established hierarchy, creating connection and cohesion driving people and the business forward together.

 

On today's episode, we chat Amy Dolzine, Microsoft alliance relationship director for the Americas at EY - based out of Cleveland, Ohio (that rocks!). We focused on the foundational "community" elements of Yammer - where Amy started her journey as a SME for planning and designing communities within the enterprise – aka, "the social enterprise." We quickly got into the value and role of Viva Engage today, plus related tech around the corner that pulls additional internal communications levers - Viva Amplify.
