When it comes to companies like Adobe and they release a cross-platform product like Photoshop, you expect them to work will with Operating System companies to take advantage of their new features. Photoshop was shown off at both Apple and Microsoft events in October, highlighting new features and support for the MacBook Pro’s Touch Bar, and the Surface Studio’s Surface Dial accessory.
But what about when your two companies compete head to head? Microsoft not only sells Office for Mac, but they plan to update it with support for the Touch Bar. The announcement came by way of an official post on the Office blog, and included a few photos (or at least mock ups) of what features will look like in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and even Skype.
