Think like a People Scientist: Influencing action without authority

This post has been republished via RSS; it originally appeared at: New blog articles in Microsoft Community Hub.

On April 23rd, the Viva People Science team hosted the third webinar in the 'Think like a People Scientist' series. The topic was how to influence internal stakeholders without formal authority, including executives, HR colleagues, managers, and employees.

Joe Dunn and Beth Demko, both People Scientists on our Viva team, shared resources and frameworks for influencing different stakeholders at various stages of the Glint process. They discussed common obstacles, as well as tips for overcoming them during survey design, survey administration, reporting, action taking, and reinforcing desired behaviors.
