Updates available for Paraguay, Turkey and Chile time zones

This time zone update for Windows Operating Systems has been published on Microsoft Download Center. It contains the following changes:

Chile has changed its DST start date to September 7 at 00:00:00 and DST end date to April 27 at 00:00:00 for the year 2014.

  Turkey

  
  

Turkey has changed its DST start date for 2014 to March 31 at 03:00:00.

  Paraguay

  
  

Paraguay's new DST schedule from 2013, which moved the end date from the second Sunday in April to the fourth Sunday in March, continues in 2014 and onward until further notice.
