Final Update: Friday, 24 January 2020 18:40 UTC

We have completed upgrades on our infrastructure and services to latest technologies & hardware. We confirm that Azure monitor services are back to normal with no impact on 1/23/2020. This upgrade was planned and carried out in phases with batch deployments in multiple regions by considering geo-pairing. During this upgrade customer might have seen intermittent query timeouts or delay in alerting for a period of 15 minutes or less. Thanks for your patience.

We have been upgrading our infrastructure and services to latest technologies & hardware. This upgrade is planned in phases with batch deployments in multiple regions by considering geo-pairing. During this upgrade customer may see intermittent query timeouts or delay in alerting for a period of 15 minutes or less. As this upgrade will be done across all regions where we offer our services, so we expect all deployments to be completed by 1/23/2020. In case customers see any prolonged failures or have urgent need to delay the upgrades, we advise to reach out to us via support channel. Currently upgrade is in progress in West US2 region.
