Released: System Center Management Packs for SQL Server 2008-2016 (7.0.15.0)

This post has been republished via RSS; it originally appeared at: SQL Server articles.

Updates to SQL Server Management Packs (2008-2016) have been released. We introduced some new features and fixed some issues. You will see that the root folder name has been changed to “Microsoft SQL Server (old)” in all MPs. This is to reflect the change that we are releasing a new version agnostic SQL Server MP that will cover SQL Server versions 2012 and up. You can find more details on that in this blog post. As explained in that blog post, these version specific MPs become legacy and will not be supported once the version agnostic MP is released (coming soon).
