We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 10/10, 13:53 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 10/10, 11:10 UTC and that during the 2 hours 43 minutes that it took to resolve the issue some of the customers in Central Canada experienced latency in Alerts firing.
