We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 07/27, 07:09 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 07/26, 23:45 UTC and that during the 7 Hours & 24 minutes that it took to resolve the issue. Some customers using Azure Monitor may have experienced missed or delayed alert notifications globally.

We are aware of issues within Azure Monitor Alerts and are actively investigating. Some customers using Azure Monitor may experience missed or delayed alert notifications globally.
