Observable's new integrations with Excel, O365, and OneDrive allow users to bring data from Microsoft sources to the Observable platform, enabling real time data collaboration and analysis!

The Excel connector supports a local excel file to be uploaded and parsed in Observable. Users can call .xlsx() on a file attachment and access individual sheets of the Excel file, as well as upload zip files or multiple spreadsheets at a time by using FileAttachment.zip(). Additionally, Observable now supports accessing data through cloud files. This enables users to reference live files and bring in data from O365 and OneDrive. The data from these files can be refreshed when a spreadsheet is updated. Learn more about using cloud files as references and how access is securely maintained here!
