“Tech therapy with Sue Hanley” 🎙 – The Intrazone podcast

This post has been republished via RSS; it originally appeared at: New blog articles in Microsoft Tech Community.

Let the knowledge transfer begin! And never stop - with confidence to go, go, go. It’s tech therapy time.

On this episode, Chris and I chat with Sue Hanley (Microsoft MVP, information architect) and her customer, Carol Zollinger (IT Support Technician | Christian Children's Home of Ohio) – whose organization provides a safe environment to meet the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual needs of children from all across Ohio.

With that critical charter in mind, have a seat “on the proverbial couch” and listen to Sue and Carol’s wise words and practical approach. We leaned in to discover best practices for working together, with the intent of Sue as consultant to not do it for them; rather, to take a "with them" partnership approach – to identify the technical challenges, agree on the important outcomes, and “ensure knowledge transfer” implemented by people, for people.

You’ll hear more about how they approached designing and implementing a policy center on SharePoint, streamlined internal communications, aligned to govern the “Teams sprawl”, the plan to shift the CCHO staff to OneDrive – all to the value and benefit of the children CCHO supports.
