Today we are excited to announce that Microsoft Immersive Reader is now available to all Anthology Ally customers to make content more inclusive and accessible.  Anthology Ally for LMS is a revolutionary tool that enables institutions to create truly inclusive experiences in education by making digital course content more accessible for all learners and Ally is a leading accessibility tool in the market. By addressing the broadest range of digital materials of the LMS, it helps institutions reaching their main objectives and goals for accessibility and inclusion.  Since we launched Immersive Reader as a Cognitive Service to all partners in 2020, a top request from educators and schools has been to integrate with Anthology Ally.

“Microsoft Immersive Reader is a great addition to our Alternative Formats roster as it underpins our goal of providing students with more choices in how they choose to engage with their content and helping institutions as they work to create more inclusive and equitable learning environments for all. We're so proud of putting together cutting-edge tech that helps institutions to deliver their commitment to accessibility and inclusion.” – Ivan Herrera, Blackboard Ally Product Manager

Immersive Reader will now be one of Ally’s Alternative Formats, which makes it easy for any customer using Ally to enable the Immersive Rader on any content in the LMS.  All of the capabilities built into the Immersive Reader will now be available to Anthology Ally customers. This update will be rolling out in later in July.
