We are excited to announce the availability of form customization in Viva Sales.

Microsoft Viva Sales is transforming the way sellers work. By bringing together CRM, Microsoft 365, and Teams, Viva Sales allows salespeople to stay in the flow of work and helps them to streamline and focus on what really matters.

We realize it is important to be able to configure Viva Sales forms to meet the specific needs of organizations across different industries and types of businesses. With this release, CRM admins can choose which fields to show or hide for contacts, accounts, and opportunities, and can set other advanced properties, such as what can and can’t be edited in Viva Sales.

The customized forms will show up for sellers across the different experiences including the Outlook side pane, Teams Message Extension, and adaptive cards.

Here is a quick demo showing how CRM admins can easily customize Viva Sales.

And this is only the beginning. Additional important enhancements will be added soon, including the ability to add any Dynamics 365 record type or Salesforce object to Viva Sales forms, create new CRM records from Viva Sales, control the filtering and sorting behavior of CRM lists, and more.

More details are available in the online documentation.
