In today’s Do More with Less workplace environment the Employee Experience is more important than ever. Microsoft Viva Goals helps the organizations people stay connected with organizational strategy, bringing clarity of mission and empowering staff to remove distractions that add to workforce crisis stress.

On February 3^rd Microsoft HLS delivered the webinar “Do More with Less Employee Experience Series – Viva Goals.” The webinar featured Microsoft Viva Goals Senior Director Don Campbell. During the webinar Don covered Microsoft’s own journey implementing OKR’s and the insights developed along the way. He also discussed successful adoption strategies implemented. Finally, Don covered the common obstacles faced by all organizations looking to implement OKR’s. The session wrapped up with a demonstration of Viva Goals along with open QA.
