  Microsoft Skills in Viva is a newly announced feature of Microsoft Viva, a platform that integrates employee experience across four areas: engagement, well-being, learning, and knowledge. Skills in Viva allows employees to discover and develop new skills through personalized recommendations, learning paths, and micro-learning content. Skills in Viva also helps managers and leaders track the skill development and learning progress of their teams and organizations.
