Public preview: Configuration-as-code customizations in Microsoft Dev Box

Microsoft Dev Box, config-as-code customizations feature is now in preview. With customizations, developers can efficiently configure workstations to their exact project requirements, and admins can set guardrails to automatically enforce governance and security policies.
