On March 20th, we were delighted to bring you the second webinar in our ‘Think like a People Scientist’ series, brought to you by the Viva People Science team.

The focus of this webinar was on how to build and tell a compelling story about your data and communicate with impact to your leadership team.

Stephanie Downey (Principal People Scientist), and Keith Mcgrane (Senior People Scientist) talked about the science behind why stories are more memorable and impactful than facts alone. They also shared how to craft a message that appeals to logic, emotion and action taking, and how to structure the flow of the story.  Finally, they shared helpful tips on how to read the room, know your audience, and adapt your storytelling approach accordingly to ensure engagement.
