The Global AI Bootcamp, an annual event series organized by the Global AI Community, took place in February and March 2024. This event drew participants worldwide, offering a unique opportunity to delve into Microsoft AI technologies. Featured technologies included Azure OpenAI Service, ChatGPT, Copilot for Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Fabric, Semantic Kernel, and the principles of responsible AI, capturing the attention of many engineers and users.
Over 100 events worldwide featured Microsoft AI technologies at Global AI Bootcamp 2024, a remarkable event that focused on these innovations. Microsoft MVPs, Regional Directors, Microsoft Learn Student Ambassadors, and AI community leaders led these events and engaged with local enthusiasts eager to learn the latest in AI through technical sessions, workshops, and mentorships. Amazingly, communities in India organized nearly 20 community events and supported learners of all ages.
The Microsoft MVP Award Program recognizes community leaders in 12 Award Categories covering a wide range of Microsoft products and services, including AI. Global AI Bootcamp 2024 benefited from diverse MVPs, not just the ones in the AI Award Category. These MVPs, who focus on their own technology areas, are improving their AI skills and spreading their expertise, making the Global AI Community more valuable.
