The Azure Sphere Engineering Team is excited to join the IoT Tech Community. We announced Azure Sphere in 2018 with a promise to make it easy to secure and connect existing equipment and to create new, innately secured IoT devices. Each component of Azure Sphere has been designed for security: the hardware; the custom, high-level, Linux-based operating system; and the cloud-based security service that provides continuous, renewable security. Our security point of view is grounded in the seven properties of highly secure devices, the standard we believe must be met to securely connect an IoT device to the internet.
Look to this space for product news and updates, new documentation, posts on emerging or important IoT security topics, and plenty more. We look forward to sharing, discussing, and learning with you.
