Experiencing Alerting failure for Log Search Alerts – 04/07 – Resolved

We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 04/07, 03:25 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 04/07, 02:45 UTC and that during the 40 minutes that it took to resolve the issue some of the customers experienced issues with missed or delayed Log Search alerts in North South Africa Region.
  • Root Cause: The failure was due to one of the back end services. 
  • Incident Timeline:  40 minutes - 04/07, 02:45 UTC through 04/07, 03:25 UTC
We understand that customers rely on Log Search Alerts as a critical service and apologize for any impact this incident caused.
