We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of 04/18, 14:00 UTC. Our logs show the incident started on 04/18, 10:45 UTC and that during the 3 hours and 15 minutes that it took to resolve the issue some of the customers in China East 2 region may experienced issues with missed or delayed Log Search alerts or experienced difficulties accessing data.

We are aware of issues within Log Analytics and Application Insights in China Cloud in China East 2 region and are actively investigating. Some customers may experience issues with missed or delayed Log Search alerts or experience difficulties accessing data.
