We are pleased to introduce a new setting for administrators who can now control whether people in their organization can add an image via Bing search in Microsoft Forms.

Once this setting is turned off, people in your organization will not have access to Bing search when they upload a picture for a theme, title, or question. They can, however, still upload an image via OneDrive or a local file.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Where is this setting?

A: To turn on or off Enable Bing search, go to Office 365 Admin center, then select Settings > Services & add-ins > User owned Apps and Services > Microsoft Forms. In the Grant Access section, toggle the switch on or off.
