When patients are admitted in to a hospital, and due to conditions such as COVID-19, are unable to receive visitors from family it can heighten anxiety among both the patient and their loved ones. That anxiety can be further heightened when they do not have access to personal devices such as smartphones by which they might reach out to loved ones.
On Thursday, April 9th, at 12 noon eastern, join Microsoft’s Jim Warner and Scott Cranfill as they show how Healthcare Providers can enable patients to connect virtually with family using the same devices they may be enabling within rooms for Virtual Rounding. They will show how to create an end to end solution that enable chat, audio/video, in one to one communication as well as multiple conversations.
