Now’s the time to make your mark in FIFA 17! All Xbox Live Gold members on Xbox One can enjoy FIFA 17 for free thanks to Free Play Days. Starting from Thursday, June 1 at 12:01 AM PDT and running through to Monday, June 5 at 11:59 PM PDT, all Xbox Live Gold members can hit the pitch and experience all game modes, headlined by the all-new cinematic story mode, The Journey.

For the first time FIFA 17 is powered by Frostbite, one of the industry’s leading game engines. Frostbite delivers authentic, true-to-life action, takes players to new football worlds, and introduces fans to characters full of depth and emotion. On the gameplay side, FIFA 17 features innovation in the way players think and move, physically interact with opponents, and execute in attack, putting you in complete control of every moment on the pitch.

Also new this year is The Journey, where fans can experience their story on and off the pitch as Alex Hunter, the Premier League’s next rising star. UPROXX calls The Journey “The most compelling feature FIFA has included in years,” while Game Informer concludes “FIFA 17 has something for everyone.”

This year is also the biggest season yet for FIFA Ultimate Team, introducing new Squad Building Challenges and a new way to compete via FUT Champions. Experience FIFA’s most popular game mode with the Team of the Season event currently in-game, celebrating the world’s best football players.

The standard edition FIFA 17 will also be on sale until June 5 for up to 50% off, with all progress and Achievements from Free Play Days carrying over so you can pick up right where you left off! You can also pick up FIFA 17 Deluxe Edition for up to 50% off and FIFA 17 Super Deluxe Edition for up to 30% off. If you reside outside of the United States and Canada, please check your region’s FIFA 17 Xbox Store page for specific pricing.

You can find FIFA 17 by searching for it from the Xbox Store on June 1, then download the game and start playing for free until June 5.
